Before watch the credit scene, let's backward a little bit.
Jack takes Angelica to "the island" (where he was banished with a single shot) and leaves her there because she got mad at him and tried to kill him. Barbossa is now in command of Queen Anne's Revenge and he gets the magic sword that Blackbeard had and then he puts on his pirate clothes again. Jack returns to Whitecap Bay and meets up with Gibbs,? who used the magic compass to locate the bottled Black Pearl (along with all the other ships) and then the movie ends.
