The NFL football world has watched as Albert Haynesworth and Tom Brady have made the news as NFL veterans and Colt McCoy and Tim Tebow makes waves as rookies. In the meantime, players like Emmitt and Jerry Rice are taking their place in the Hall of Fame. The game tomorrow has no real implications on either team in the long run, however, since both teams appear to be contenders for the 2011 Super Bowl, both teams stand to gain a lot of insight from this game. The Hall of Fame Game 2010 featuring the Dallas Cowboys and the Cincinnati Bengals is sure to be a crowd pleaser when looking at the NFL preseason picks.
Fans looking ahead to the regular season are expected to pack Fawcett Stadium for a sneak peek at their favorite teams. However, both teams are likely to take a conservative route and keep players with minor injuries off the field to prevent bigger issues from arising. The Cowboys have already lost Dez Bryant to injury and he is expected to miss 4 to 6 weeks. The last thing either team wants to do in the Hall of Fame Game 2010 is have a future star like that go down.
