LG Optimus Z Review, Snapdragon Processor and Android Froyo Inside

One of the new LG Android smartphone in premium class is LG Optimus Z. This Android phone which also known as KU900 or SU950 series use 1GHZ Qualcomm Snapdragon processor.

Operating system part powered by Android v2.1 (Eclair). According to the vendor, they plan to provide the Android Froyo ( v2.2) upgrade version by the end of the year.

Display of Optimus Z (Zstyle) is Hyper HD LCD type, with 3.5 inch and WVGA resolution (480x460 pixel). They claimed it as reliable high quality wide screen, bright and sharp. Camera section supported by 5MP sensor camera, with ability to produce HD quality video (720p).

Meanwhile for body part, Optimus Z use solid and sturdy case, coated with metal material.

Music and video player in this smartphone have Dolby Sound Enhancement feature. That can produce stereo output sound, with bass, treble and other composition effect. Moreover, LG Optimus got digital TV tuner (T-DMB) built in, user surely will enjoy this feature.

LG Optimus Z also provide 'On Screen Phone' feature, which allow user to control Optimus Z from PC. It made this cell phone desktop appear on PC monitor, so user can run their Optimus Z features from there.

Another extra is this smart phone have 'Drag & shake' feature, which allow user to share file with other cell phone, by shaking Optimus Z abit. Interesting!
Dalam paket penjualannya, LG Optimus Z sudah dijejali dengan 100 aplikasi popular yang ada di Android Market. Dan, 70 aplikasi tambahan yang belum ada di pasaran.

Bad news is that LG Optimus Z will be release for South Korean market first, for SK Telecom operator user. But LG side state that they will be another Optimus cell phone and Android tablet, that goes to world market in the third quarter of 2010.
