Morning wake up sometimes difficult. Here are some tips to get up early:
1. Do not sleep late at night.
If necessary, go to bed at 8 o'clock.
2. Sleeping on the table.
If I have to sleep late, for example because there is a good TV show,
try to sleep on the table. Proved in this way can make a good night's sleep, fresh weight, but still able to get up around 4 am or less. Try to prove yourself. Make sure the table long enough and empty. Class table or desk in the lab is an ideal example.
3. Install dual alarm.
That is, put the alarm on your mobile phone, the alarm clock, and the other phone if you have. Make sure all have a snooze facility. And do not forget to set the alarm on the clock early reply, such as 4:30.
4. Ask friend to wake you.
This pretty effective way because after awakened, will automatically appear uneasy feeling to friends when we go back to sleep after wake bother. The friend does not need to be in the same house with us, because today there's a phone and mobile phone. Just do not set mobile phone in silent mode, and should set the hardest volume so you can hear when we were still asleep.
5. Find a place to live near bus through routes.
City bus generally starts in the early morning. A roar in the silence of a city bus in the morning can be an effective tool to harass us from sleeping.
6. Sleep in a room the morning sunlight.
If circumstances force us to fall asleep until sunrise, then sleep in the room with the morning sunlight directly to some extent make us wake up naturally. Do not sleep in a dark room all day, because the body will think that day is night hold, so that 'cheated' to want to sleep longer.
7. Cultivate chickens in the house.
In your hand phone/ mobile phone you do not need a rooster crows ringtone. Maintain the original course. More effective because it is more difficult to shut it down.
8. Choose the class that morning.
If you are still in college, find a class courses in the morning, if necessary, the hours of 9 am, or 7 hours when in Indonesia. Thus, we forced to get up early.
9. Find a place to live very far away from the office or school.
Furthermore our home from work or school, then we will usually get up early, because we need more time for the trip. Better yet, find a place to stay less traveled public transportation, so that we can be more 'on-time'. Ideal location for this example Bankstown, Mt. Druitt, Parramatta, Marsfield, Sutherland, Liverpool, Blacktown, Hornsby, and so on. To Jogja, for example, is living in Klaten, Wates, Pakem, Dlingo, Tepus, Solo, Magelang, and so on.
10. Ask mother to wake you!
For those who are lucky enough to live with their parents, mother can be asked to wake us up. And this way among other ways is the most delicious and enjoyable, because the mother usually will wake up with love.
