Hereos Season 4 (2009 - 2010)

During a trip to the Edinburgh TV Festival (wow, they have a festival for TV now?), Tim Kring, creator and God-like dude on Heroes, "let slip" the title of the upcoming Volume 4 (which will take the second half of Season 3). Title? This is called "Fugitive". As you may or may not know, Volume 3's "Villians" will not take the entire Season 3, and according to this article from Digital Spy, it will only last for 13 episodes, after which the "Fugitives" will take a new story arc and bring to the end of the season in which, no doubt, we will be treated with a cliffhanger.
Here's news from Digital Spy:

I come to you directly from a session at the Edinburgh TV Festival with Heroes creator Tim Kring, in which he let slip the title of volume four.
And that is ... drum roll .... 'Fugitive'!

The third season, starting here and in the United States at the end of next month, will consist of two volumes: well-documented 'Villains', which will run until the 13th episode, and 'Escape', which will form the remaining 12.

So whatever happens in the "Villains" will lead directly to the "fugitive". Are we talking about a criminal fugitive, or a hero becomes a fugitive? Or maybe the presence of criminals will force our heroes to be a fugitive? Let the speculation begin.

To sum it up: "Villains" will run for 13 episodes, after which "Fugitives" will run the final 12 episodes of Season 3.
